branding development

Branding development and maintenance is one of my favourite things to do, having created various printed and digital assets for a variety of different brands.

I have always excelled at further developing these brands and ensuring that guidelines are effectively maintained across all customer-facing platforms.

kim love designs

BRIEF

Redesigned while attending my final semester at Mohawk College, students were required to create a new logo/branding for their own design business which also included a business card, stationary, promotional postcard, and website design.

Although I had already created a logo for my business, I decided to further develop the idea by making it more refined, mature and memorable compared to its original design.

team rene real estate

BRIEF

During my time at Team Rene, I was given the opportunity to create a digital campaign promoting the “Team Rene” brand on a variety of digital media as well as printed materials such as mailers, newsletters and vinyl banners. Not only did I design the artwork, but I also developed the slogan and messaging behind the idea.

The owner liked the “look” of the campaign so much that I was also asked to carry the branding into other aspects of the business including digital banners, agent mailers, CMA newsletters, eBlast footers and editorial design.

canadian flight trainers

BRIEF

While working with the owner of Canadian Flight Trainers, a variety of assets were created to help promote their courses both online and offline.

Although the initial focus was to help them optimize their social media profiles and create post/story templates for Facebook and Instagram, a variety of other print and digital assets were created including packaging inserts, course completion certificates, course slide-decks, digital product banners and thumbnails, as well as print brochures for placement in brick-and-mortar storefronts.

policaro group

BRIEF

As part of the application process for a position at Policaro Group, potential candidates were asked to complete a design test for a ‘Cars & Coffee’ style event that targeted luxury vehicle owners. We were required to create an array of design assets including a magazine ad, social media post and story, email invitation and event swag such as hats, t-shirts and stickers.

While we were given creative freedom as to the name and details of the event, we were encouraged to research the Policaro Group’s branding and maintain a luxurious design style.
